Rakul is not in the space called success when we look back at her recent releases in Tamil and Telugu. Her last release, Tamil movie NGK starring Suriya and also Sai Pallavi in the lead was a disaster.
However, Rakul Preet Singh says that she is content with the work she has been doing though she can’t control the success formula of a film. For her, it’s her work that gives contentment and the rest depends.
Actually, Rakul got a better role in NGK compared with Sai Pallavi who is a power house of a performer. But sadly, despite her good space in it, the movie bombed and it’s not Rakul’s mistake, anyway.
So far, the actress is lucky to be paired up with almost all the big stars of the industry but her success rate has been low. In Bollywood, ‘De De Pyaar De’ was a successful venture for her, but Tabu walked away with all the credit including the hero’s credit.
