Rakshita who rose to fame with Ravi Teja’s Idiot enjoyed stardom for some time. She acted beside top stars like Chiranjeevi, Junior NTR, Mahesh Babu, Nagarjuna and others. Slowly, she gained weight and started to lose her charm. And finally she is left with no offers now. She is now all set to begin her new innings. Rakshita joined the JDS in the presence of JDS supremo, H D Deve Gowda. In every possibility, she will be fielded by the JDS as its candidate from Rajarajeshwari Nagar constituency in Karnataka.
Rakshita previously was an active member of BSR Congress and thought of contesting from the same party. Since the party denied a seat of her choice, she decided to quit. We wish her all the best in this new avenue!
