The new book by Naman Ramachandran titled Rajinikanth: The Definitive Biography was launched at Crossword Bookstores in Juhu on Sunday, the January 13th. Declared as the first-ever comprehensive biography on the South Indian superstar, the prestigious event was attended by many of the actor’s fans.
The event which was presided over by Anurag Kashyap delighted Ramanachandran who said, “It is tremendously exciting for me to have my launch in the presence of Anurag Kashyap. He was a part of my first book Lights, Camera, Masala and his insightful comments on Rajinikanth are an integral part of Rajinikanth: The Definitive Biography.”
He further added, “The Rajini fans’ associations of Mumbai will also be present in force as will many of my dear friends in the independent filmmaking community like Irrfan, Deepa Sahi, Ketan Mehta, Shashanka Ghosh and many, many more.”
