Fake news and fake Twitter handles aren’t new to us and if there is a fake Twitter handle on the superstar’s name, then it doesn’t come as an entire surprise.
But, the concern is about the fake tweet that this fake Twitter-handle sent in the name of superstar Rajinikanth. Rajinikanth was seen in a car during the pandemic times travelling to his farmhouse located in the outskirts of Chennai.
There had been rumours that he travelled without an e-pass. Amidst these rumours, the fake handle sent an apology in the name of Rajinikanth for travelling without an e-pass and also asked to forgive everyone as he was everyone’s house child.
However, the truth surfaced and it was a fake tweet because the Chennai Police confirmed that Rajini took proper permissions and also had an e-pass for his travel to his farmhouse, 30 km away from his residence. Rajini is yet to respond through his official handle.
