Rajinikanth and Kamal Hassan command unprecident fame and glory in South India. It was a treat to watch both of them on a common dais but very few in the current generation know that those matinee idols shared same screen together in for 10 movies. Out of these 10, three were directed by their god father, K.Bala Chander. But later the stalwarts did not work with each other. Movie industry had grown by leaps and bounds and their remunerations shot up and multistarrer with them will shoot up the movie budget.

And one of those films after thirty three years of its initial release (in 1979), Ninaithale Inikkum, the romantic musical that starring the super stars, is all set to be re-released across the state with in a new avatar with cinemascope and stereo sound. Plans are on to enhance the original negative and give it a grading and convert it into the latest digital format.
