Filmmaker Rajamouli is busy making preparations for the audio launch of his much awaited Baahubali. While the launch was earlier planned for May 31, it was called off in the last minute due to security reasons. Now, we hear that it is scheduled to take place on June 7 at Ramoji film city.
While it’s a great venue to have an august launch but how accessible it is to general public who have travel a long way from the city to reach. RFC is located in the outskirts and one can’t understand why would Rajamouli choose it among all other places. RFC is usually used for private gatherings, say some actor’s wedding reception or birthday party. Is there no better place within the city to have a grand audio launch? The makers could hire a stadium and organize it like how Kamal Haasan had arranged the audio launch of Uttama Villain at trade centre in Chennai.
The official announcement has to come from the team. It’s also learnt many people are upset with the fact that Rajamouli had an event in Bombay, despite Baahubali being a Telugu film.
