Young director Atlee became an overnight sensation in Tamil with the super success of his first two films Raja Rani and the Vijay starter Theri. Now, he has managed to do a casting coup by roping in stars like Vijay, Jyothika, Samantha, Kajal and A R Rahman for his third film which went on floors today in Chennai.
Recollecting the first day of the shoot Atlee thanked everyone for their wishes and also revealed that he got a surprise call from none other than master filmmaker Rajamouli who wished him for the film. Atlee also said that it’s a dream.come.true for a person like him to get a call from Rajamouli.
Many do not know that Rajamouli’s dad, Vijendra Prasad has penned the screenplay of the film. This project has caught the attention of many and is being eagerly watched from close quarters.
The film will also be released in Telugu and one can expect some strong fireworks because of the strong cast and A R Rahman music.
