Rajamouli is on an ambitious tour of the West as he is supposedly fueling the Oscar campaign of RRR. The star director is interacting with the western media and is commanding a whole lot of attention from them.
In one of his latest conversations, Rajamouli dropped a big hint on the possible third installment of the epic Baahubali duology. Rajamouli said only one of his films has an open-ending conversation and that is Baahubali 2, where a small girl’s voiceover asks about Mahendra Baahubali’s son, thus leaving scope for Baahubali 3.
Well, Rajamouli had already hinted about Baahubali 3 in the past. However, this time around, he commented about the film while speaking with international media, which could be an implication that he means business with Baahubali 3, a netizen commented.
With RRR, Rajamouli has emerged as a widely popular face in the west. Will he actually take up the sequel of Baahubali which is already a raging blockbuster in the Indian market? We have to wait and see.
Rajamouli’s immediate focus is obviously on his next film with Mahesh Babu, which he says is a globetrotting action adventure.
