Rains Water Down The Hopes Of Young HeroBellamkonda Sai Sreenivas is gearing up for his maiden Bollywood debut with the remake of Chatrapathi, which starred Prabhas. The young hero went for an extreme makeover for this out-and-out action flick and who was all pumped up for the shoot is left distressed.

The recent rains that lashed the City has damaged the set worth Rs 3 crore. The makers have constructed a village set spread in six-acre land. The shoot was supposed to begin from April 22 but with the surge in second wave the filming got stalled.

And the recent rains have water down the hopes of Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas. The government has eased lockdown rules, but the actor has to wait as the set has to be reconstructed yet again at the same place where Rangasthalam set was constructed.

The Hindi remake is helmed by VV Vinayak, while Rajamouli;s father made changes to the script to suit Bollywood audiences. The film is bankrolled by Pen Studios, who have acquired RRR Hindin theatrical rights.

It is worth mentioning that, recently, Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas has evinced interest in remaking Dhanush’s recent hit Karnan. This would be his second Tamil remake after Ratsasan, which inspired Rakshasudu.
