Ever since AR Rahman has gone international and working with International artists and for Hollywood movies, the music director has been slyly reusing his old songs to give them a far greater reach and also making his fans remember the old classics from the past.
Recently the music director used one such song from a completely forgotten album En Swasa Kaatre in his Hollywood project as musician, Million Dollar Arm, and surprised his fans big time. Now the music director is once again going to do a similar thing but this time it would be a single. Also the song isn’t a forgotten one but rather popular one. The music director is reusing his Urvashi number from Kadhalan (Premikudu) featuring popular singer and music producer Will.I.Am. The International version of the song is called Birthday and it released globally on July 6.
