One doesn’t understand if it were a surprise to the fans of Raghava Lawrence or to the common audiences. We are talking about the ‘Makkal Superstar’ title added in the title credits of Lawrence’s current release ‘Motta Siva Ketta Siva’.
Naturally, Rajinikanth’s fans are furious on adding this title when there is a universally accepted superstar like Rajnikanth. After the backlash, Lawrence took to his social media page and clarified about the use of the title ‘Makkal Superstar’. Makkal means people’s.
Lawrence said that his producer added the title without his knowledge to give him a pleasant surprise. However, he disowned the title as he holds Rajnikanth in high regard for giving the first chance in the film industry. With this, the producer of the movie turned the real culprit. By the way, ‘Motta Siva Ketta Siva’ is the Tamil remake of Kalyan Ram’s ‘Pataas’.
