R. Narayana Murthy Fires on Chiranjeevi & BalakrishnaAlongside Chiranjeevi’s 150th movie ‘Khaidi No. 150‘ and Balakrishna’s 100th film ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’, people’s star R. Narayana Murthy is also going to come, this Sankranthi Season. He is happy that his film will be competing with the megastar and the Yuvaratna.

However, he blasted his anger on the non-availability of theaters for releasing his film. All the big films had occupied the maximum number of theaters and it has become a herculean task for his producers to procure even a minimum number of theaters for releasing his film.

He accused Film Chamber, Producers’ Council and the Government of not standing by the side of small budget films and let them live in the competition. There would be competition only when small films with content will be allowed a release during the festival seasons.

“Why should every festival season be for big films? Why the small films are given only the normal days to fill the theaters when there are no big movies?” questioned the People’s Star. This isn’t the first time that small films suffered because of non-availability of theaters. Is there as answer?
