Hero Varun Tej who is currently basking in the glory of the critical success of his latest release Kanche has wrapped a new film of his. It’s his third film made in the direction of Puri Jagannadh.
Tentatively titled Loafer, with other names still under consideration, its last day of shoot was held today. The film as we all know was started in August and its par for course for a Puri Jagannadh film to get finished this quickly. But the real surprise or rather suspense this time has been the fact that there is still no official announcement of a release date.
The practice usually seen with a Puri Jagannadh film is it gets a release date before the completion of shoot itself. However sources say Loafer is most likely to arrive for Sankranthi, depending on the availability of theaters. The possibility of arriving in December itself is also not ruled out but it looks unlikely as of now. Whatever it may be an official announcement is expected pretty soon.
