What is interesting with Mehbooba is that the director promises it to be a first of its kind of film in his repertoire. Mehbooba will be an intense love story according to him. The backdrop is that of Indo-Pak war in the year 1971. Neha Shetty will be paired up with Aakash Puri in the love story.
