Usually, when a top director, who worked with almost each and every top star in the industry is celebrating his birthday, he is flooded with wishes from film stars and commoners alike. But that didn’t quite happen with Puri Jagannadh.
Going into the story, Puri is celebrating his birthday today. Incidentally, only one hero made it a point to wish Puri on the special day and that is Ram Pothineni.
Puri worked with almost all the contemporary stars in Telugu cinema and delivered blockbusters with them, albeit in the past. But no one really made it a point to wish him today.
Incidentally, superstar Mahesh Babu’s mother Indira Devi passed away today. Maybe, many felt this isn’t the right time to share celebratory messages.
It can be assumed that a few might have wished Puri personally. But Ram is the only hero to wish Puri publicly. “Wishing one of my favorites @purijagan garu a very happy birthday! Have a blessed year ahead.” Ram wrote.
It is known that Puri shelved Vijay Devearkonda’s JGM recently. He is yet to announce his next project.
