Late Kannada superstar, Puneeth Rajkumar‘s last film, James is one of the highest grossing Kannada films. The film packed a great deal of emotional value and Kannada people turned up in big numbers to watch Puneeth on the big screens for one last time. It grossed well over Rs 100 crores at the Karnataka box office.
James is now headed for its OTT premieres on Sony Liv. As per the latest announcement from Sony Liv, James will be made available for streaming on the platform from the 14th of April.
“#James, Streaming in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam & Hindi on April 14 exclusively on SonyLIV” Sony Liv’s latest tweet read. The OTT platform even unveiled a new OTT-centric trailer of James in a bid to publicize the OTT premieres date.
James released in theatres on the 17th of March and around 4 weeks later, it is set for OTT premieres. This is the last film Puneeth worked on, before his tragic demise later last year.
The film is directed by Chethan Kumar and it is billed to be a super hit in terms of theatrical revenues.
