Director-Sriwass-GopichandGopichand and Santosh Sriwass’s Ramabanam has ended up as a big dud at the box office. The film was rejected for its outdated approach.

At the promotions, Gopichand spoke about the wastage of footage by the director Santosh Sriwass. In his interaction with M9.news, he spoke about how the director wasted a big chunk of footage by unnecessarily shooting it. He said People Media Factory is a good production house and they’re being exploited by a few people.

He hinted that the Ramabanam director added more production costs through the unnecessarily large footage shooting, a big chunk of which was later cut away from the final cut.

Now, the production house has started to do something different. They’ve started to release the deleted scenes from the film. These scenes are being released almost every day or every other day.

Usually, deleted scenes are released when a film is a blockbuster. But in the case of Ramabanam, the makers are releasing deleted scenes despite it being a disaster.

Generally, when a film bombs at the box office, the production house will be hoping that is disappears from public memory at the earliest. But with these deleted scenes, People Media Factory are keeping Ramabanam fresh in the minds of audience, despite it ending as a disaster.

This has now resulted in a few netizens commenting that perhaps the producers want to point out the degree of wastage done by the director, Santosh Sriwass. They’re saying that the production house is exposing the director’s incapability through these deleted scenes.
