Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is back on the silver screen after a long time and all eyes are trained on her comeback film Jazbaa. However, opening day figures do not spell good things for the film.
According to reports of trade analysts, Jazbaa stood at a low occupancy rate of 35% on the day 1 while contemporaries like Prabhu Deva’s Singh is Bling fared better on the same with 80% occupancy rates.
Fortunately for the actress, the film is expected to pick up today as audiences are typically more receptive to this genre of movies.
Now it’s time to just sit back and watch. Let’s hope that these factors and some good word of mouth bring some better collection for Jazbaa.
