Suriya’s ‘Soorarai Pottru’ is going to be available to the audiences from 30th October onwards on Amazon Prime Video. Currently, the movie has been carrying a very good buzz.
It’s not just a good buzz, but the highest buzz among any South films that went for an OTT release, so far. However, there are certain things to consider. The foremost one is Suriya and he hasn’t delivered a hit in years.
We have to wait and see if Suriya will satisfy both the family audiences and fans with his performance and box-office reports pertaining to ‘Soorarai Pottru’. Obviously, there is a lot of pressure on him.
Here, the faith and hope are more on the lady director Sudha Kongara going by her previous credits. We have to remember that Suriya never failed as an actor though. But, the pressure is on Suirya and hope on Sudha Kongara.
