Gunasekhar’s much-awaited Shaakuntalam starring Samantha in the lead role is releasing this week in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam languages. Yesterday the team organized a press meet in Hyderabad in which Samantha, Dil Raju, and Gunasekhar participated.
Samantha made her first public appearance post-myositis recovery during the trailer launch of Shaakuntalam. She looked a bit pale, weak, and vulnerable.
But in the latest press meet, Samantha is looking much better. She looked much more confident, chirpy, and secure. She looked much more comfortable facing the media and camera than she was last time.
Samantha is making fast progress and recovering well. But still, she is not the Samantha that dazzled before myositis struck her. According to some observers, she needs help from her staff members sometimes, she also struggles occasionally to open her eyes as flashlights hurt her.
Let’s hope Samantha completely recovers soon and her fans get to see her shining and glowing like the diva she always has been!
