Praneetha has made her debut as heroine three years back with the Siddharth starrrer called Bava. The film tanked and no one noticed her. After some gap the actress was seen in the film Em Pillo Em Piillado, this one tanked even bigger and she was branded as a bad omen for films. Her fate got sealed finally when Shakuni also failed to get her a success. During such times the actress got a big offer in the form of Atharintiki Daredi and the rest as they say is a history.
In Atharintiki Daredi where she was seen playing second fiddle to heroine Samantha has done her career what her earlier solo films couldn’t do. She is noticed now all over as ‘Bapu Gari Bomma’, a number of offers and other brand associations too are coming her way. The actress on her part says that the wait was longer, since three years I have been waiting for this day, she said. “I am also getting a number of offers now but am in no hurry to sign films as they come to me and am waiting for that perfect script” she added. We hope that the actress continues this new beginning with many more successful films to follow. Also hope her script sense has improved as well.
For those who might be unaware Praneetha is a very busy heroine in Kannada and few of her films have been big hits there. The actress reportedly in strong contender for main female lead in the upcoming film of Pawan Kalyan tentatively titled as Gabbar Singh -2.
