Prakash Raj Skips Court on Cheating Big Producers!Actor turned politician Prakash is busy with his political prospects and busy campaigning for Lok Sabha Elections in Bengaluru Central Constituency. This is the reason the actor’s counsel Saveena Sachar gave to Bombay High Court on Friday for not appearing before the court though he was summoned by the court regarding a suit filed against him as Zee Studios signed MoU because of Prakash Raj.

For the uninitiated, Zee Studios initiated legal proceedings against Prakash Raj for violating the Intellectual Property Rights and the exploitation rights as Prakash Raj and his brothers-in-law went against the Memorandum of Understanding between Zee Studios and Prakash Raj brothers-in-law Sameer Dixit and Zateesh Varma’s owned Movie Makers. Zee Studios’ Essel Vision Productions Limited claims having invested 60% amount in the production while Movie Makers contributed 40%.

The two production companies had jointly produced Prakash Raj’s Hindi movie ‘Tadka’, the remake of Malayalam super hit movie ‘Salt N Pepper’ that was also remade by Prakash Raj as ‘Ulavacharu Biryani’. ‘Tadka’ was expected to release in 2017 but after several delays, the movie might hit the screens in 2019 with Shriya Saran playing the female lead alongside Prakash Raj who also happens to be the director of the movie.
