Prabhu Deva, the actor-director famous for his dance based film ABCD is currently involved in a controversy regarding an outfit. The aforementioned outfit has been declared insensitive by the Hindu Makkal Katchi towards the Sri Lankan genocide issue which has been under constant tension. The director cum choreographer is currently shooting for his forthcoming film ‘Raamaiya Vastavaiya’ which stars actors Girish Kumar and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles along with the Sri Lankan diva Jacqueline Fernandez.
The Hindu Makkal Katchi matter seems to be worsened by the fact that Prabhu Deva’s film includes the actress Jacqueline Fernandez. In spite of the fact that Fernandez has worked as a successful actress in Bollywood since 2009, the inclusion of her in Deva’s film acted like a catalyst and has all the more infuriated them towards the director.
