Saaho is going to be the biggest budgeted movie of the year in Indian cinema. It is an action-adventure thrill ride, a spectacle like never seen before in Indian cinema.
Given such massive distinctions and expectations, nothing but the best is hoped for the promotion material. However, so far, the publicity material has been a mixed bag. As of now, a first look poster, two making videos, and now two more Prabhas images have surfaced.
Among the publicity material out so far, the first ‘first-look’ poster despite allegations of copying and the ‘first’ making video were the best. They raised the stakes on the movie, especially the action snippet one. However, the recent two posters of Saaho leave a lot to be desired.
The one released recently announcing the release date did not look that enticing, but it was majorly about the Independence Day date, one did not mind. But, the latest one featuring the Rebel Star riding a bike is as tacky as it comes and lessens the expectations. Its idea is larger than life with cars flying around, but the polish of a grandeur attempt is missing.
Take a look at the image below. We hope the posters coming up next are better than the two that came out. On a positive note, the second image was released to reassert that release date, let’s hope that the makers stick to it as they are promoting.
