Young Rebel Star Prabhas and producer Karan Johar seem inseparable when it comes to rumors about a movie together. There have been many before and here is the latest one.
As many are aware, Karan Johar has announced his biggest film yet, Takth. It is a mammoth undertaking on Baahubali scale, and he wanted the biggest names in it. He had approached Prabhas for the lead in the period epic. However, Prabhas rejected it.
It turns out; the Young Rebel star was offered a second lead role in the movie. It is a two-hero project, and Ranveer Singh plays the lead. When Prabhas came to know that, he politely declined the offer. However, he is not the only one, many other young stars that include Ranbir Kapoor and Tiger Shroff also rejected the part. The role is now done by latest sensation Vicky Kaushal who stole the show from everyone in Sanju.
Given, the number of rejections the character got, we feel that Prabhas has made the right choice. But, it is also the kind of movie where the memorable part would have made the South star a household name in Hindi heartland that is coming as Baahubali follow up.
