Before coming to the industry, director Boyapati Srinu belonged to a very poor family. So poor that his father used to work in a Durgah as a watchman. His brother Boyati Brahmaiah a photographer who came to Posani Murali for asking help.
Posani introduced Boyapati Srinu to Muthyala Subbaiah who took him as an assistant director and kept with him for 10 years. He also revealed how he used to shower his benevolence on Boyapati in times of need when he was nothing as a director.
But, the same Boyapati back-stabbed him and spoke against him to his wife when his directorial venture ‘Shravana Maasam’ flopped. Posani thinks that it is only Boyapati who is like this without any gratitude to whatever he had done. Other directors aren’t like him.
