Pooja Hegde was going through one of the best phases of her career with continuous hits till 2019. And then the pandemic happened which broke Pooja Hegde’s success streak with Radhe Shyam.
But still, she is one of the most sought-after heroines in Tollywood but she is facing a strange issue that is hampering her growth as a star.
Right now, she is doing Mahesh Babu’s film with Trivikram. But due to multiple delays due to multiple reasons, her dates are going haywire and she is not able to commit to other offers. Also, most of the top superstars aren’t available to work with her for various reasons.
The makers of NTR30 want a fresh pairing opposite NTR and Pooja has already worked with him in Aravinda Sametha. Pawan Kalyan is going to get busy with politics and will be available only after 2024.
After the debacle of Radhe Shyam, the chances of her pairing up with Prabhas again are almost zero. Allu Arjun is busy with Pushpa 2 which still hasn’t started its shoot and he would take up his next project only in 2024.
So that leaves with only one choice for Pooja Hegde, and that is Ram Charan. No heroine has been finalized for Ram Charan’s next after Shankar’s project. So Pooja Hegde must put in her best efforts to grab that project.
If she loses that project, then there are no top-tier stars left for her to be paired with in the next few years, despite having good demand in Tollywood.
Pooja Hegde will then have to shift her base to the Tamil industry or Bollywood where she hasn’t achieved the same kind of success that she achieved in the Telugu film industry.
