2022 turned out to be a terrible year for Pooja Hegde. She starred in some of the biggest films like Radhe Shyam, Acharya, Beast, and Cirkus, and all turned out to be epic disasters.
This year, she has two big releases lined up in the form of Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and Trivikram’s SSMB28 starring Mahesh Babu.
The hype for Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is minimal as it’s a remake of Ajith’s Veeram, which was remade as Katamarayudu with Pawan Kalyan. The first song, Naiyo Lagda, which was released recently, became troll material. The future of this film at the BO as of now looks bleak.
So Pooja’s career is now mainly dependent on Trivikram’s film with Mahesh Babu. The last time Pooja Hegde worked with Trivikram was for the non-Baahubali industry hit Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. The film also turned out to be a huge plus for Pooja Hegde as she won the hearts of the audience with her glamor and performance.
Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde make a lovely pair, and a lot can be explored in terms of their chemistry, as their first film together, Maharshi, didn’t do justice to their pairing.
It is expected that Trivikram will again make the maximum use of her potential in SSMB28 and give her career a new lease of life.
