The mass entertainer film Alex Pandian, titled Bad Boy in Telugu, starring Karthi and Anushka as the lead actors is scheduled to be released in January, just in time for Pongal, if the words of Studion Green Producers are anything to go by.
Directed by Suraj and with Devi Sri Prasad composing its musical scores, the film also has Santhanam in a full-fledged comedy role. Although hopes are high for the film, it is also expected to face tough competition from films like Venkatesh, Mahesh’s Seethammma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu (SVSC), Ram Charan’s Nayak and Prabhas Mirchi which are all releasing during the festive season of Pongal. Lets see which of these films take the cake, or pongal as the case maybe!
