Piracy Effect: Today’s Release Seized

Sandakozhi-2’-VishalWhile Vishal was just happy with the theaters promoting piracy in Trichy were caught and banned for any releases in those 10 theaters, the actor himself fell in a possible trouble with the Trichy Tanjore theater association straightly banning his today’s release in 40 theatres.

Vishal has his Sandakozhi 2 releasing on 18th which is also coming in Telugu as Pandem Kodi 2 with Keerthy Suresh as the romantic interest of the hero in the film. Well, it all started with the Tamil Nadu Film Producer’s council announced that no film is going to be screened in the 10 theaters that were alleged of piracy.

The Trichy Tanjore theater association claimed that Vishal being the lead of the council cannot support the decision owing to the piracy allegations on them without the verdict of the court is out on the case. As a counteraction, the association put a ban on Vishal’s film itself. Now, 40 theatres out of his league. Pretty revenge.
