Young and talented hero Santhosh Shobhan is awaiting the release of his upcoming film, Kalyanam Kamaneeyam. As a part of the promotional campaign, he sat down with M9.news for an interview and here’s what he had to say about the film.
“Generally speaking, films end with a sequence where the hero and heroine get married and then there’s the End card. But our film starts with the sequence pertaining to hero heroine marriage. We’re offering something very fresh to the audience” Santhosh said.
About his demigod, Prabhas, the young actor said “a person like Prabhas is scientifically impossible. He’s my hero forever and I’m his fan forever. I’ve never seen someone like him and don’t think I ever will. He readily supports me and my film.”
About the Sankranthi clash with Balayya’s film and Chiru’s film, Santhosh said he’s delighted to even be mentioned in the same bracket as the two veterans and is hopeful of finding audience for his film.
Kalyanam Kamaneeyam is directed by Anil Alla and it has Santosh and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead roles. It is produced by UV Concepts and is up for release on the 14th of January.
