Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab is arriving on OTT platform- Amazon Prime Video this Friday, April 30. Those who couldn’t watch it in theaters amid rising Coronavirus cases can now watch this flick on the digital streaming platform.
Vakeel Saab was supposed to hit OTT platform after its 50-days of theatrical run. However, with the rising cases and grim situation across the country, and the State government imposition of close down of theaters, Dil Raju was compelled to shift it to OTT release much before their plan. Vakeel Saab is the first Star film to get on OTT amid the second wave.
Vakeel Saab carried massive buzz. But the film failed to live up to the expectations as it ended as a loss venture to the producers. And the second wave further dampened the situation.
On the work front, Pawan Kalyan will be seen next in Ayyappanum Koshyium, period drama Hari Hara Veera Mallu. The former is panned for September release while the latter is scheduled for Sankranthi 2022. He then has PSPK28. The Covid second wave severity is likely to lessen by then, thus Pawan films may get released as planned.
