Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film Katamarayudu is literally going Sardaar Gabbar Singh way. While the shooting of the film is currently underway, the makers have already locked a release date.
Katamarayudu will release worldwide on March 29th, 2017. It is Wednesday but that date has been fixed as its Ugadi festival. Previously Pawan Kalyan’s movies like Jalsa and Sardaar Gabbar Singh have released for this festival.
Directed by Dolly, Katamarayudu is said to be a remake of Tamil film Veeram. Shruti Haasan acts as heroine in the film. It is a family drama with action in required doses. A Ugadi release looks perfect, let’s see if the makers can arrive as planned.
