Well, everyone comes under the ‘Mega’ umbrella, but there are individual fans, also in scores, who love the respective stars. Now here is an update which has come as a shock to Chiranjeevi fans. And it comes from none other than Pawan Kalyan.
Powerstar Pawan Kalyan has taken to Twitter to personally thank all the celebrities who have wished him on the birthday. In the process, when he thanked director Meher Ramesh, he also wished him all the best for his forthcoming film with Megastar Chiranjeevi.
The tweet has come as a shock because none has expected this combination. More than that Meher Ramesh has been out of touch and form for almost a decade now. The film he directed was the Venkatesh starrer Shadow. It was yet another high budgeted disaster for the maker.
Chiranjeevi himself has recently mentioned Meher Ramesh as one of the potential directors for his forthcoming film. But, many though better sense would prevail as there is a lot of time. This confirmation from Pawan Kalyan is making their worst fears come true.
The buzz is that the Meher Ramesh directorial could be the remake of Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer. Previously, Sujeeth was attached to the project. However, it did not materialize, and he was dropped. We have to see if Meher Ramesh will stay on the remake until the end.
