Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is making his comeback to films with his upcoming film Vakeel Saab. Actress Anjali is playing an important role in the film, as we have seen in the trailer, and she shared a few details about her character recently. After a long gap, Vakeel Saab marks Anjali’s first release in Telugu.
Speaking about her experience while working on Vakeel Saab, actress Anjali shared several interesting details. Anjali said that jumped at the opportunity of working in Vakeel Saab, as she would get to act opposite Pawan Kalyan. She also said that she was scared that her character would fade away into the background, as it’s a big star’s film, but her character holds its own weight in the film.
Anjali said that the dialogue we hear in the trailer – that her character took money – is enough to explain how important her role is in the film. She said that she was trembling while shooting for the scene, as it is an intense one. She even said that she wasn’t sure that she did it right, but was realised that she got it right when Pawan clapped and appreciated her performance. Anjali said that she was surprised and happy when she saw Pawan clap for her, as he is a very calm person on set.
Vakeel Saab is releasing in theatres on April 9th, and huge marketing is being done for the film. This is the first big release of the Summer, which will be followed up by several other biggies.
