Over Estimating Acharya? As we had reported earlier, there is a lot of confusion regarding Acharya‘s Hindi release prospect. There is a talk that the makers might be looking to make the most of Ram Charan‘s RRR craze by releasing Acharya in Hindi.

Now, a few mega fans are coming up with an analysis. “Acharya is based on temples and it also taps into the Hindu culture. Films with subjects like these are lapped up by the Hindi audience. Releasing the film in Hindi is a very good move now as Charan too has caught the attention of pan-India audience with RRR.”

Well, this is not as easy as it sounds. Firstly, Koratala Siva wouldn’t have even conceived Acharya with pan-India sensibilities in mind.

Just hoping that the temple theme will work with the Hindi audience isn’t a wise move. They have bluntly rejected Bollywood biggies like Bachchan Pandey and Attack and that has been the trend since the pandemic. Unless the Acharya is fully equipped, going for Hindi release will be a poor move. Mega fans are clearly over estimating Acharya, said a neutral Telugu social media user.
