In Bollywood, a film film titled ‘Mirzya’ is being compared to Rajamouli’s super hit movie ‘Magadheera’. The reason is the reincarnation theme used in both movies. Actor Harshavardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher are playing the lead pair in ‘Mirzya’.
The maker of the film Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra gives clarity on the reincarnation theme. He rubbishes all rumours and confirms that their movie isn’t a reincarnation story like ‘Magadheera’ So, there would be no similarities between ‘Mirzya’ and ‘Magadheera’.
He says, his film is the legendary tale of Mirza-Sahiban which is popular in the Northern parts of the country, especially in Rajasthan. We know ‘Magadheera’ is a love story set in two different time periods, according to the director of ‘Mirzya’, he has two stories running parallel.
