OTT Platforms like Amazon Prime Video and Netflix have erased the boundaries of Cinema. They bring films of different languages to your smartphone and allows you to choose at your leisure. They also help filmmakers to stay in touch with good films of other languages.
But then, that accessibility probably is backfiring on Telugu Producers. They have got themselves in a mode that they hear about the success of a film, watch in OTT, and purchase the remake rights. The Problem is that may such films do not fit into our nativity. The digital watch also misguides the audience since it is a different experience altogether in a theater.
