Akhil Akkineni is all set to get back to work. He will be joining the sets of his upcoming action thriller Agent in the second week of July.
The first schedule of Agent will be taking place at the famous Krishnapatnam Port in Nellore district. A high-octane action block featuring Akhil will be shot in this schedule.
After wrapping up the Krishnapatnam Port schedule, the unit will immediately shift the base to Hyderabad and shoot for a few days before concluding the first schedule.
Malayalam superstar Mammootty is reportedly playing a pivotal role in the Surender Reddy directorial and the film also features Sakshi Vaidya, who plays Akhil’s love interest.
Agent is tipped to be the costliest project in Akhil’s career and the onus is on him to deliver on the big stage. He plays a special forces officer in the actioner.
