The restrictions imposed by the government of Andhra Pradesh on the theatrical run of Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab is still fresh in the minds of Telugu audiences.
Pawan later retaliated on the same by breathing fire on YS Jagan at the pre-release event of Republic. He called out Jagan for troubling the entire Telugu film industry just to irk him. Needless to say, there will be consequences to Pawan’s act, given Jagan’s no-forgiveness nature.
It is easy to connect the dots and anticipate that the government of Andhra Pradesh might target Pawan Kalyan’s next film Bheemla Nayak when it releases in theatres. But there is one solitary way to avoid the same and that is by releasing the film alongside other Telugu films.
Bheemla Nayak was initially slated for release next Sankranthi. But there have been rumors that the film’s release might get postponed. If that is the case, then the makers of the Pawan Kalyan starrer could be flirting with danger. Giving the film a solo release might invite vendetta from the state government.
So, the only optimal choice is to release the film next Sankranthi season alongside Radhe Shyam and RRR. This way, it wouldn’t be easy for the Jagan-led government to solely target Bheemla Nayak.
