Paper Boy was just any film that was going to release this weekend and had literally not much buzz on the film but the film luckily happened to reach Allu Aravind’s phone. Geetha Arts took up the theatrical rights and the film unit is praying Geetha Govindam’s success aura will fall on them.
Allu Aravind speaking at the pre-release event of the film revealed how he came to know about Paper Boy. As he said, Allu Arjun sent Aravind the trailer of the film on WhatsApp moreover he liked what he saw and left it there. But later as the film team happened to contacted him and convinced him to watch the film which he loved it for its genuine content and then decided to take up the film.
Director Sampath Nandi also made it clear that it is not a great story but he attempted the simple script genuinely and had no buzz out there until it fell into the hands of Geetha Arts. Now the film has got some hope to confidently hit the theatres this weekend and all of this started with that one WhatsApp message of Allu Arjun. Everything falls in place when its time. Same happened with Paper Boy. Let us see if it continues the aura of Geetha Govindam from Geetha Arts or not.
