Sharwanand’s Oke Oka Jeevitham has been making a lot of noise for the past few days about its release. There were reports that the film has failed to entice distributors and is heading for direct-to-OTT release. It was reported that the makers were in talks with Amazon Prime and have sealed the deal.
However, this has turned out to be a mere rumour. The makers have issued clarity stating that Oke Oka Jeevitham will only have a theatrical release. The bilingual film will have a release in February. Although the shoot got completed a long back, the makers are in no rush to release it.
Hero Sharwanand’s last five releases have tanked at the box office. Despite the films having a decent buzz, the fate of all the films was the same. Sharwanand however has pinned hopes on this flick and is confident about it.
Sharwanand has purposefully opted for a February release to play safe by averting competition. This December and January 2022 is packed with big-ticket film releases and making a release during that period is putting stakes at high. Thus to avert competition, the film is shifted to February.
Apart from this, he will next be seen in Aadavaallu Meeku Johaarlu romancing Rashmika Mandanna.
