Finally the wait is over! Keeping an end to all the speculations, Apoorva Lakhia had confirmed the title of the Telugu version of Ram Charan’s Bollywood debut movie, Zanjeer. The movie is titled ‘Toofan’ in Telugu. Apoorva had himself announced this on Twitter, he said, “#Zanjeer in Telugu will officially be called “TOOFAN” hectic, awesome, congrats @priyankaborkar1 @priyankachopra @amitpmehra @saketts”.
The movie is the remake on 1973 blockbuster movie, Zanjeer. Priyanka Chopra is playing the female lead in the movie. Apoorva Lakhia is wielding the megaphone.The movie is being made in Telugu and Hindi and both the versions will have simultaneous release.
