The upcoming film of Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja, RT67 has got a title now. It is named Khiladi. Ramesh Varma helms the project which is said to be a mass entertainer in typical Ravi Teja style.
The first look posters are also out on occasion and it features Ravi Teja displaying his energy, as usual. The star looks trim and fit as he has always been. The caption ‘Play Smart’ and the money in the background add to the intrigue factor. Also, Ravi Teja reportedly plays a dual role in the movie, which further piques the interest. Meenakshi Chaudhary and Dimple Hayathi are the heroines.
Ramesh Varma’s last film was the successful Rakshasudu. It was, however, a remake. It has been some time since he got hit movie with an ‘original’ movie. To those who are not aware, he has in the past directed Ravi Teja for the film Veera.
Devi Sri Prasad has been roped in as music director for Khiladi. It is after some gap that they are working together. We have to go as far as 2012, and the movie Sarocharu to see the combo together. The one before was Bhadra in 2005. That’s two movies in the entire decade and a half.
Ravi Teja is currently busy with the final schedule of Krack. He will step into Khiladi once it is done. Both films will arrive in cinemas in 2021.
