Finally, here is the clarity about the release dates of Alavaikuntapuramlo and Sarileru Neekevvaru. Active Telugu Film Producers Guild (ATFPG) announced that it has managed to convince the producers to avert a clash. Finally, they have agreed to release Sarileru Neekevvaru on January 11th and Ala Vaikunthapuramlo on January 12th.
The Guild previously averted the clash between Gang Leader and Gaddalakonda Ganesh as well. This is a welcome development. Superstar Rajinikanth’s Darbar will be the first release in the festive season. The movie is releasing on January 9th and it will be a simultaneous release in Telugu and Tamil.
Anil Ravipudi, the director of Sarileru Neekevvaru delivered a blockbuster, F2 for last Sankranthi and wants to repeat the feat again. Trivikram and Bunny delivered successful films like Julayi and S/O Satyamurthy are keen on completing a hat-trick of hits with Ala Vaikuntapuramulo.
Ala Vaikuntapuramulo is ahead among all the Sankranthi releases in terms of promotions with two chartbuster songs. The third song is releasing this evening. Sarileru Neekevvaru team will look to match that with the First Look Teaser which will also release this evening.
