Young Tiger NTR‘s next, #NTR30 has changed. More than an year after it was announced, the movie is shelved even before it took off. Koratala Siva has replaced Trivikram Srinivas for this project. It will take off in June 2021 and will release on April 29th, 2022 as Summer Special.
For the first time, Koratala Siva is targeting Pan-India audience with this film. This is a good opportunity for Koratala but not so good one for NTR. Koratala gets to direct NTR immediately after RRR which means he will have a high visibility star in his first Pan-India project.
For NTR, he should have been equipped with a director who is popular across the country. Someone like Prashant Neel. It is not easy to either of Ram Charan and NTR to steal credit for RRR bypassing Rajamouli. So, a more popular director would help better for his immediate next Pan-India film after RRR.
Not that Koratala is not capable but would not come with that extra advantage.
