Malayalam superstar Mohanlal was said to have been approached for NTR-Sukumar’s present project ‘Naannaku Prematho’ but that didn’t materialize and hence the crucial role went to another senior Tollywood actor. Once again the senior superstar’s name cropped up for NTR’s next project to go on floors.
If reports to be believed, Mohanlal was approached for playing an important role in NTR’s next to be helmed by director Koratala Siva. Mohanlal’s presence serves two purposes. He is both popular and powerful and hence the makers of the movie want such a persona to play the crucial role.
Mohanlal is already doing two Telugu films currently. One is with acclaimed director Chandra Sekhar Yeleti and the other with director Suresh Vamsi. If this film with NTR materialises, this would be the superstar’s big film in Telugu after a long time.
