Ala Modalaindi starring Nani and Nithya Menen was one of the biggest sleeper successes few years. It made the lead pair along with director Nandini Reddy super popular overnight. Also the success gave them many opportunities to make mark going forward. Both the actors went on to achieve some more success but the director hasn’t been on same page especially after the failure of the second film.
But those are things of the past and now it is being reported that the director has got another opportunity of a life time. It is being reported that a Bollywood production house of thinking at remaking her debut film in Hindi and more importantly want her to be the director of the remake as well. If this deal materializes Nandini Reddy could bounce back for sure as it’s her film that she has to redo again. Will this be a reality we have to wait and see?
