NOTA marks the debut for Vijay Deverakonda in Tamil industry, and so far none of the Telugu heroes have set their foot strong in the Tamil industry. The latest example being Mahesh’s bilingual Spyder that tanked big time in Tamil and Telugu despite having the best director A.R. Murugadoss on board. Now Deverakonda is testing his luck early stages of his career itself and found a decent director for his launch and solid production house.
Going by the trailer, it is clear that Deverakonda plays the role of a Chief Minister, and coincidentally the most awaited movie of the Tamil industry, Sarkar coming in the hit combination of Thalapathy Vijay and Murugadoss also has a political backdrop. It is good that NOTA is coming out early, as even Suriya had to back out from clashing with Vijay’s Sarkar. That is the craze that the film is carrying there.
Also, there are rumors that Thalapathy Vijay is also playing the CM role in Sarkar. In every possible way, it is safe to show NOTA to the audience before Sarkar hits screens, owing to the fact that Vijay is a huge star in Tamil and the team indeed made the right decision. NOTA will hit screens on 4th October while Sarkar is for Diwali release.
