This is a big blow of our industry which has the maximum number of comedians across all industries in Indian cinema.
AVS, as he is fondly called by his fans, is an exceptionally good actor who knew how to entertain his fans. Be it his role a comic villain in Ghatothkachudu or his unforgettable performance in Mr. Pellam, AVS will always remain special in our hearts and he can never be replaced.
Director Bapu who introduced him said that he was blessed with the gift to make everybody laugh and that’s what made him successful in the industry. He also added that he was a passionate actor and never entered films for fame and money because even before making his cinematic debut, AVS was busy doing mimicry shows throughout Andhra Pradesh.
